Chefs at Last Train To Bombay are trained in catering and have vast experience in cooking delicious Indian dishes in some very popular Indian 5 Star restaurants in India. Their experience has given us an opportunity to create new dishes for our special menu.
We are the only restaurant in Australia where our sweets are made from pure milk and not milk powder as in the case of all other restaurants. We have qualified chef only for our boutique sweet shop where you can taste some of the best Indian sweets.
Our head chef has over 20 years of experience in cooking authentic Mughlai, South Indian and North Indian dishes. Our menu also has some of the most popular dishes made in clay oven (Tandoor) which are mastered by our chefs to give you the healthy and delicious taste of India in Australia.
